We have listed some of the questions we get asked about purchasing from our site:

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    You can pay by:

  • Is your website secure?
    We want you to feel safe while shopping on the site. Our site uses SSL encryption technology to protect your personal information during the checkout process. This ensures that no data can be intercepted as it goes over the network.

  • I have made a mistake with my order can I change it?
    If you have made an error with personalisation you need to contact us as soon as possible so we can amend your order before it is produced. We try to check for any common errors, but we don't guarantee to proof read and check everything for spelling or grammatical mistakes.

  • How long will it take for my order(s) to be dispatched?
    Orders will usually be dispatched within 7 days. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. If you would like your gift to be shipped quicker, then please contact us

  • What is the lead time for sending to the USA?
    Normally it will take approximately 10-12 days for the product to be created and dispatched. Please Note: We cannot offer Free Postage and Packaging outside the UK.

  • Do you accept returns?
    We have a 7 day returns period. However PLEASE NOTE personalised gifts cannot be returned. If you wish to return a non personalised item, then please contact us as soon as possible. The item, however will have to be unused and in perfect condition.

  •  How do I know when my order has been processed?
    You will be e-mailed when your order(s) has been processed and dispatched.

  • What happens if my order doesn't arrive?
    We will deliver the Products ordered by you to the address which you give for delivery when you make your order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received.

  • What happens if I want to cancel my order?
    If you wish to cancel your order then notify us immediately and we will do our best to cancel your order before the goods have been placed into production. However, PLEASE NOTE, orders that have been personalised cannot be cancelled once they have entered the production process. If you still wish to cancel the order beyond this point 100% of the order will still be charged.

  • What happens if an item is faulty?
    If the item received is faulty, please contact our customer care team quoting the order number,  name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether a refund or a replacement is required. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. If the item is faulty, please return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is as a result of misuse of if the item has been used.

  • What if the colour of the item looks different from your website?
    The colour of the product you receive may not match the colour as displayed by our website on your computer monitor. Please be aware that if colour is important to you, your order is placed at your own risk.
